Developmental And Relational Trauma Treatment: In Action

We founded the Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI) Institute with a mission to teach our colleagues an effective, intuitive methodology for addressing trauma. For years, we have led in-person workshops where we share the HOCI model – a methodology rooted in the fundamental processes of Developmental and Relational Trauma (DART) treatment. Now, we are sharing those tools with you.

This is the second course in our DART series. After completing part one and becoming familiar with the 3 Major Processes, this second course will show you how these practices can be applied in a different setting. In this set of three, hour-long sessions, you will watch as a colleague works through each process.

Each video is accompanied by a written summary detailing best practices for preparing clients for the processes, as well as notes on therapist-client interactions during and after each process. A list of necessary skills, and a list of helpful terminology are also included.

This course is designed to provide working counseling professionals with a demonstration of the experiential processes for addressing trauma. This course is reserved for professionals.
